Loopzit is a platform that enables vendors to grow their customer base through referral-based loyalty programs. Customers can join vendor networks, refer others, and earn rewards based on vendor-defined campaigns.

Eligibility

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

User Accounts

  • Confidentiality: Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account
  • Accuracy: Users must ensure all provided information is accurate
  • Responsibility: Users are responsible for all activity under their account

Loopzit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

How Loopzit Works

  • Customers join vendor networks by scanning QR codes or accessing referral links
  • Loyalty points are earned through referrals, not through initial registration
  • Points may appear as “pending” and become “active” once qualifying conditions (such as a purchase) are met
  • Vendors define their own reward structures and campaigns

Loopzit does not guarantee any specific rewards or earnings.

Loyalty Points & Rewards

  • Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
  • Points can only be redeemed according to vendor-defined offers
  • Vendors are solely responsible for fulfilling rewards
  • Loopzit is not liable for any vendor’s failure to deliver rewards

Loopzit reserves the right to adjust or revoke points in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.

Vendor Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate campaign details
  • Honor rewards offered to customers
  • Comply with applicable business and consumer laws

Loopzit may suspend or remove vendors who fail to meet these obligations.

Acceptable Use

  • Create fake accounts or engage in fraudulent referrals
  • Abuse the referral system
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes

Loopzit reserves the right to take action against any misuse.

Fees & Payments

  • Loopzit may offer free trials for vendors
  • Paid features may be introduced in the future
  • Pricing and subscription details will be communicated clearly

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on Loopzit are owned by Loopzit or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform
  • You may not use Loopzit branding without permission

Limitation of Liability

Loopzit provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • Loopzit is not responsible for vendor actions or failures
  • Loopzit is not responsible for loss of rewards or points
  • Loopzit is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages

Account Termination

  • Loopzit may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
  • Accounts may be terminated for fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Loopzit may act at its discretion to protect the platform

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

Privacy

Your use of Loopzit is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of UAE, Sweden, and Romania.
