Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Loopzit (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the vendor (“Vendor”, “you”) using the Loopzit platform.

By registering as a vendor on Loopzit, you agree to these terms.

Purpose of the Platform

Loopzit provides a platform that enables vendors to acquire customers through referral-based campaigns and loyalty programs.

Vendors can create campaigns, offer rewards, and attract customers through the Loopzit network.

Vendor Responsibilities

As a vendor, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Create clear and truthful campaign offers
  • Honor all rewards and offers presented to customers
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide a consistent and fair customer experience

Failure to meet these obligations may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

Campaigns & Rewards

  • Vendors are fully responsible for defining their campaigns, including reward points and offers
  • Vendors must ensure they can fulfill all promised rewards
  • Loopzit does not guarantee campaign performance or results

Loopzit acts only as a platform and is not responsible for the delivery of vendor rewards.

Loyalty Points

  • Loyalty points are issued based on vendor-defined campaigns
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
  • Vendors acknowledge that points may be earned through referrals and become active after qualifying actions (such as purchases)

Loopzit reserves the right to adjust or revoke points in cases of fraud or misuse.

Fees & Payments

  • Loopzit may offer a free trial period for vendors
  • Paid features, subscriptions, or services may be introduced
  • Vendors agree to pay any applicable fees as communicated by Loopzit

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

Customer Relationships

  • Vendors acknowledge that customers are acquired through the Loopzit platform
  • Vendors agree not to misuse customer data or violate privacy laws
  • Vendors are responsible for their own customer interactions and service quality

Prohibited Activities

Vendors agree not to:

  • Provide misleading or false offers
  • Refuse valid rewards
  • Manipulate the referral system
  • Create fake transactions or customers
  • Use the platform for illegal activities

Loopzit reserves the right to take action, including suspension or termination.

Platform Rights

  • Approve or reject vendors
  • Monitor platform usage
  • Modify or remove campaigns
  • Suspend or terminate vendor accounts

At any time, if necessary to protect the platform and its users.

Limitation of Liability

Loopzit provides the platform “as is” without guarantees.

  • Loopzit is not responsible for vendor performance
  • Loopzit is not responsible for customer behavior
  • Loopzit is not responsible for loss of revenue or business
  • Loopzit is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages

Termination

This Agreement may be terminated:

  • By the vendor at any time
  • By Loopzit in case of violations or misuse

Upon termination:

  • Access to the platform may be removed
  • Active campaigns may be disabled

Intellectual Property

Vendors retain ownership of their business content.

However, vendors grant Loopzit the right to:

  • Display their business name, logo, and campaigns
  • Use content for marketing and promotional purposes

Data & Privacy

  • Handle customer data responsibly
  • Comply with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable)

Loopzit processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Changes to Agreement

Loopzit may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of:

  • Sweden
  • UAE
  • Romania
